Director of Administrative Services
Marlene manages and oversees various administrative and financial functions for all three of Miles Associates’ studios. As a member of the leadership team, her diverse legal and financial background and guidance have been a proven asset in the development of long-range plans, strategies, and objectives for the firm. She is responsible for the firm’s daily accounting activities including cash flow and financial planning as well as the firm’s banking relationships, tax management, and financial reporting.
In addition, Marlene has been instrumental in implementing Deltek Ajera software which provides financial and project information in real-time which is shared across the firm. This software has proven to be an invaluable project management tool for our firm; keeping our projects on-time and in-budget.
