RON MASHORE, P.E.
Senior Engineering Consultant
Ron is an experienced engineer with a broad skill set applicable to all project phases ranging from specifications to substantial completion. With his extensive experience in leadership roles of technical personnel management, he augments the MILES team with precise engineering design coordination and a strong sensitivity to our clients’ budgets and schedules.
In addition to project and engineering design team coordination, Ron is adept at situational analysis, feasibility studies, problem-solving, and management development. He is also well versed in system development to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies as well as the operational assessment of equipment and performance improvement analysis.
Ron’s commitment to the community and future generation of scientific minds is shown through his mentorship as an adjunct professor at the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics where he also serves as a Board Trustee.
