SUNNY ANDREWS, AIA, MBA, LEED AP
Sunny is a licensed architect with over 15 years of experience and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Oklahoma. With this background, she is able to provide clients with services that integrate both facility and business considerations. Currently, she is providing budget, schedule, and task management for a client with over $7M of planning and construction spread throughout more than 50 active capital projects. Her ability to actively manage the program has increased the productivity of our clients internal employees by allowing them to concentrate on their primary tasks.
Sunny has worked for over eleven years as a member of the MILES Health + Science Team on some of our most complex projects, splitting her time between architectural projects and program management. She is known for her analytical planning skills to develop and implement delineated critical paths to facilitate success for the client. Additionally, she works to manage/mitigate any potential risks impacting the deliverables, the schedule, or the budget. Her proactive leadership and communication skills, as well as her ability to translate a client’s need into an innovative design solution is a huge asset to our firm.
